Ordona Province

The smallest southernmost province in Hyrule, Ordona is filled with flora and wildlife. A major agricultural region famous for exporting food to the other region. This is where you will find Ordon Village.

Faron Province

A heavily wooded area south of Hyrule. It features the famous Faron Woods, Kokiri Forest, and Lost Woods. Unlike Ordona, travelers must take caution when traveling through these parts, as there are plenty of danger lurking behind the thickets of this dense forest-populated area.

Eldin Province

The second largest province with Lanayru being the largest of them all. Red earth covers the ground with a vast plains at the center of and around, which one can find Death Mountain and Kakariko Village.

Lanayru Province

A beautiful, lush province that houses the capital of Hyrule: Castle Town. A wonderful place to visit for any weary traveler, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the Royal Family. There is certainly much to explore along these grassy fields.

Desert Province

A dry, rocky, and arid land to the west. Home to the Gerudo, the Desert Province is harsh and unforgiving, with a vast expanse of sand, several ruins, and interestingly enough, the remnants of what appears to be an ancient mining facility and a large expanse of sand once implied to be a small sea.

Peak Province

A northern snowbound land. Its mountain ranges are the tallest in all of Hyrule, and its temperatures are the lowest, freezing those who are unprepared for its surprising harshness. Snow covers every inch of earth making it a winter paradise.

Oceania Province

Oceania, known as Hyrule's gateway to the sea. The port is considered by some to be a wretched hive of scum and villainy, due to the abundance of scoundrels, ruffians, wenches, the list goes on. The point is this is the only harbor now owned by the Royal Family, and if you want to get to the sea from Hyrule, you go through here.

Ylisse

The Halidom of Ylisse, one of the world's superpowers. With the shadow of the Exalt's Conquest looming over them, Ylisse is still a bit scarred after what happened. Despite that, Ylisse is a lush nation filled with growing farms and quiet countrysides. Ever since the fall of the Exalt, the people of Ylisse have turned entirely to peace, carrying an almost bare minimum of troops for law enforcement. Rather, Ylisse's power comes from its exportation of Pegasi, which can only be found within the Halidom.

Gallia

Gallia is a dense forest nation, trees and canopies covering the entire area. Often foggy, the forest is a complete nightmare to traverse for those without the senses of the Laguz. To the beast tribes though, they feel right at home. It is here that cats, tigers, and lions all congregate for a home, all as one tribe.

Plegia

Plegia is Ylisse's (and Gallia's) western neighbor, having to deal with harsh desert sands not entirely unlike that of the Gerudo. Plegia'a authority is split between two powers; its ruler, and the head of the Grimleal. Every citizen is a member of the Grimleal, even if only in name. Built around the skeletal remains of the Fell Dragon, Grima, the Theocracy of Plegia is still recovering from the Exalt's Conquest ten years ago.

Ferox

Regna Ferox lies to the north of Ylisse, and takes up the entire Northern half of the continent. They are accustomed to cold and battle is their politics. Everything in Ferox is decided by strength; including who rules. Every year, Ferox holds a tournament between the two khans to decide, by champion, who will be the reigning Khan for the entire year. It's bitter, cold, and perfect for those looking for a good fight.

Serenes

Laying all the way to the east, Serenes is the forest that once laid before Mount Prism. Once the home of the Herons, Serenes used to be a lush, green forest filled with vibrancy and life. Ever since it was destroyed in the Exalt's conquest, it has been a lifeless swamp ever since. Perhaps someday, it shall return to life, but until then, it will remain uninhabited.

Skyloft

The ancient stronghold of the Knights of Skyloft. Skyloft is a small town floating in the sky. With a large statue of the Goddess Hylia, and the bazaar, Skyloft is mostly self sufficient. Despite it having the most diverse population due to the Knights of Skyloft accepting any race into their ranks, outsiders without permission are strictly forbidden.

City in the Sky

One of Skyloft's neighbors. The City in the Sky is inhabited by the small, humanoid chicken creatures known as the Oocca. The city is massive, though it is starting to fall apart due to disrepair. They are on fairly good terms with the Knights, who often stop by for various reasons.

The Open Sea

The waters of the Great Sea, large and vast. And extraordinarily deep. Deep enough that the pressure becomes too much for even the Zora to handle. Be careful when traversing these waters though, who knows what beasties lie in wait. A SHIP IS REQUIRED TO GO INTO THIS BOARD UNLESS YOU ARE A ZORA.
