The capital of Phoenicis, Phoenicis Hall is a castle deadset in the center of the island, built out of the various mountains. It is also here that the ruler of the Hawk tribe sits to do their work. The castle itself is massive, large enough to hold a great deal, its location also makes it all but impenetrable.

Phoenicis
A barren island out to the sea, Phoenicis is the natural home of the Hawk tribes. With an enormous amount of mountains and other rocky formations, Phoenicis's natural barriers make it an extremely safe place to be. However, there really aren't that many Laguz that live there to begin with, so it's also roomy. Phoenicis is where the remainders of the Heron have been staying since the destruction of Serenes.
