Already awaiting him were several of his attendants. In all of his time spent in the desert he had yet to brave the Spirit Temple. The desert was quite tranquil this particular morning. Vandal was clothed in blacked, and protected by a cloak of a color that matched the desert sand. Hidden beneath the cloak were both weapons he brought along with him. If he could get away with it, he would not reveal that he was the Pharaoh of the Gerudo tribes. Mainly because he wasn't sure as to those that would be accompanying him.
Vandal motioned for the attendants to watch from viewpoints where they would not be discovered. For the first time in his short reign he would be without his Champion, but he felt the need to prove his own worth. In truth, Blins had overrun the desert and it was time for him to rid the province of the menace.
From the entrance there were no visible signs of enemy movement. Vandal was not too concerned about the Blins though. He had heard that the Spirit Temple housed much more powerful enemies. For the most part, many only traveled around the entrance floor. From the onset he decided he would wait for the others.

The voice however, was clearly male. A previous Pharaoh from the past then that had been infused into a set of armor; an Iron Knuckle. "I know why you are here.""Do not worry, Pharaoh." The armor remarked, staring towards the entrance of the temple. "Word travels far, and we know of your desires to help the Gerudo people. Consider this a test; the blins have already been isolated, we only wish for you to clean them out. The ground floor will do for now." The truth is the Iron Knuckles could have easily cleared them all out by now, but with a new leader, meant new learning experiences. "When any companions you have chosen have come, enter the Spirit Temple, the grounds will be free for you to explore." And with that, the armor made its way back towards the entrance, as quietly as it had come.[/ul][/div][/blockquote] B O U N D

Lilac and Sweft had raced each-other through the skies as a game to pass the long trip to the Desert Province from where they'd last delivered. Lilac flapped to slow down from his rush as he softly landed upon the sandy desert outside of a Grand looking temple. He waved his Loftwing off as Sweft flew away. Zipping around through the Air, Lilac made his way over to Vandal and landed again. "You must be Vandal. An honor to meet you, Pharaoh of the Gerudo." Lilac then gave up on the formal act, and reared his bow, ready to enter the temple on command of the Pharaoh.
"Who else are we waiting for?" Lilac asked, his eyes darting around the area, watching and staring at anything that caught his interest even on a minor scale, showing an enormous amount of disinterest by pure accident, as his curiosity usually meant a low attention span. So, he went back to eagerly gazing upon the clouds and such as he waited on either the others or Vandal's response.

It had been a long journey for Ivy to find herself here in the Desert province, but she committed to this quest and finish the quest she must! She walked over to a section of the desert in front of an enormous temple where she saw a small group forming. She didn’t exactly recognize anyone waiting around, but she would certainly soon find out. She noticed a man, presumably the quest leader, standing around looking quite focused and lost in his thoughts. Probably thinking about important quest details and planning everything too. I hate planning. Ivy picked up a nearby stick and started lazily picking at it until she was standing right behind the man. Gerudo. Ivy smiled. It had been a long time since she was face to face with a Gerudo and unlike many of the Hylians she was around as a child, she respected them and their ways, as with many of the races. She ducked under his arm fairly easily and spun around to face him and snapped her fingers right next to his nose. “Ivy Caspar at your service! When do we start Mr…. uh… Vandal right?” Ivy looked up at the sky and saw something flying around. Possibly a mailman. Or a bird. She sighed and pulled out an apple from her bag; one that she actually bought this time! She bit into it and looked at Vandal, waiting for further instruction. IVY CASPAR @vandal @timecraked3 @tenma

Next: @vandal Notes: Ohh my, so dashing! So manly!
| MORDIK HORATIO CATELANI
Master of disguise
Now when most people meet Mordik in person, they would probably feel that they could spot him instantly. After all, how could you not see a brutish seven foot giant with glorious golden locks and a rather large axe. But little do they know that Mordik was a master of disguise! Sure he wasn't exactly infamous yet, but a guise would still help him in the long run. So with a change of apparel, a new hair style, some glasses and a guitar stolen from a random passerby on the road his transformation was complete. He was now the great Horatio, explorer extraordinaire. And such a great man needed a great entrance, so once all had gathered in the designated location Horatio had appeared, fashionably late of course. Standing on a nearby outcropping with the guitar in hand he played a song (terribly) to get everyone's attention. "Greetings everyone! It is I, Horatio, here to guide you through your dark and dangerous journey!" He then walked down gracefully to Ivy and grabbed her by the hand, giving her a brilliant smile as he added "Especially you, my beautiful lady."
All this silly acting aside, Mordik's keen eye did not forget to scan his new 'allies'. It was a little disappointing really, certainly not anywhere close to the kinds of people he expected. A bird, a girl, and a male gerudo, the last of which being the only promising member as he was no doubt the pharaoh or related to him. Anyone with any knowledge of the world knew that the gerudo was a primarily female race. Honestly though, even with the gerudo male he wasn't expecting to get very far with this party. At least if they fail Mordik could take the girl. No doubt she could sell for a decent price. Ohh well, all he had to do was keep himself healthy, if possible. So with an inward sigh he turned to Vandal, placed his hand on his chin and said, "So what tis the plan my fearless leader?"

The Iron Knuckle had assured him that nothing would get out of hand. So, he and the others would not have to face the greater challenges that were to be found within the Spirit Temple. Vandal preferred it that way. Outside eyes did not need to know of the secrets that were inside. He also made a mental note that hiding the fact that he was the pharaoh was out of the question. The first to arrive was a man beast. Vandal had never seen one before, but he was told that the Desert Wolves were like the man before him. Vandal nodded and motioned for the newcomer to turn about forty-five degrees to the left. As the girl began to talk he smiled. "I am indeed Vandal, and you are funny." Finally, the last of them made their presence known. He stature was giant. The male Gerudo walked towards the entrance of the ground level of the Spirit Temple. The words of the Iron Knuckle kept being replayed in his mind. Did they think he could not move beyond the level? It was likely not that. He was after all a dignitary now. It had to be insured that he was okay. That could be the only explanation. Turning back towards the party, Vandal looked them all over before beginning to speak freely. "You all will do. We will stick to the ground level. My people have already taken to the other levels. Anything you find on the ground floor is yours. We are here to fight Blind first and foremost. Let's go inside." He motioned for the others to follow before heading in to the ground level. Much to his surprise the Iron Knuckles had not given him all of the information. Vandal immediately jumped back as he found the entrance guarded by four Miniblins. He again smiled as he sidestepped the first attack launched his way. Then, from seemingly nowhere, the Gerudo began wielding a greatsword in his left hand. For many of the Gerudo, wielding a two-handed weapon in one hand was elementary. Vandal had the many years spent in the desert fending for himself to thank for the ability. The other Miniblins were very aware of the others and turned their attention to the remainder of the party. Luckily there are several of us. These things have a nasty habit of attacking in sheer numbers. As he thought to himself Vandal moved in and struck the Miniblin closest to him. "It doesn't matter how we attack this bunch. Just end them as quickly as possible!" Miniblin A: Miniblin B: Miniblin C: Miniblin D: @tenma @aranelle @timecraked3
