The sun had just began to peak through clouds, like a groggy child dreading their morning chores. The sky had turned from a deep dark blue of late night, to the pink tones of the early morning. What little light was available reflected off the iron suit Aleph wore. Although he was of higher rank than the rest of the Hylian knights, he traveled alone, and barely covered his body in combat gear. On his right hip he carried his sword, which most considered odd, being he was right handed. Which he had made effective through creating his own fighting style mixing his blade with Hylian magic, and his own physical abilities. His trek seemed routine, through the visor of his helmet he scanned the streets of the Hyrule castle town as he walked along them. A few merchants were setting up a few stands, and some guards made their way towards the bridge. It seemed to be a regular day, continuing duties he had became familiar with. Inspecting the security of the Hyrule castle and it's outsides. It occasionally allowed him to exorcise his authority and bark orders which he didn't mind at all. Although the times were strange, not much happened in the heart of the capital which he was more than thankful for. Yet it grew somewhat, 'boring'. Making his way towards the bridge and guardhouse he paused and folded his arms over the armor plate of his chest. It wasn't a Poe, or but he sensed something. Maybe not a physical being, but something was amiss, he could feel it, and soon hear it. The distant yet distinct howl of a trio of 'wolves' it would seem, yet deeper. It was far enough from the gates that he wouldn't be able to see it. "Hm..." He muttered, more as an arrogant statement than a question. He had an idea what it was, and how to fix it. It was his job after all. | |
