my heart is cold, you can't leave Mordra gazed across the ruins spreading out in front of her. Legend said that a great battle was once waged in what was once a prosperous city. Supposedly there was a powerful being entombed here as well. Mordra had come to learn the truth.
"Hurry up child." She ordered her companion. A young hylian girl who had wandered into the desert and joined the witch. "The alter where the demon was sealed away is rumored to be just ahead." Mordra thought for a bit before continuing, "There you could possibly find the answers you want."
The alter itself was somewhat... bland. The Gerudo woman had expected something more than a little grandiose. Where she expected to find marble was plain stone. What she had thought would be silver polishings was wrought iron. "Well this is unimpressive to say the least."

| The desert was really hot. Like really hot. Way hotter than Castle Town. It was awesome. Eden hadn’t been to the desert in recent memory, but she really was loving the change of pace. Her companion didn’t seem to be enjoying herself as much as Eden was. Mordra, her name was, was busy studying the altar at this place that they’d spent a considerable amount of time searching for. The ruins around the area were really breathtaking, but Mordra hadn’t stopped to admire anything. She was a woman on a mission!
Eden pulled a cookie from the pocked of her hooded cloak, designed to keep the sun away from her, and began to nibble on it as she waited for the Gerudo to give a conclusion after her studies. Eden hoped this was the right one. She’d spent a lot of time and a lot of effort going through the underground, a place that she was rather acquainted with at this point, to be directed to this woman who could help her. A magical brand on her body, it even glowed, was her question. The woman had promised to explain the magic to her if Eden would accompany her to this place.
“Soo… did you get it right? Is this the magic thing that will help explain why I’m glowing?” |

my heart is cold, you can't leave "Yes, this is the place." Mordra explained to Eden. The girl was useful for various things, mainly carrying the tome Mordra had brought with her. The very tome Mordra carried now. The blinnish manuscript was bound in leather tanned from a bullbo hide. "This should contain the phrase we need to activate the alter. Then we'll find out why you have that brand."
Stepping up to the alter Mordra opened her tome. After searching the pages for a few seconds she found what she was looking for. "Thoror, urdanogizg u fûth" Mordra chanted. The book started to glow in Mordra's hands and as she repeated the words the alter began to glow as well. Mordra closed her eyes to concentrate on the spell she was weaving and didn't notice what was happening.

At this, a black shadow seemed to envelop the area for a moment before receding and taking the form of the one that had been. "And furthermore you will address me by my full name and title, Demon Lord Ghirahim!"The ritual seemed to be a success, and the powerful demon that they had sought to find had indeed been released from his prison. But he seemed... a bit more... gaudy, than what they were probably expecting. Decked out in skintight white clothes that showed plenty of skin, the only other garments he wore were white boots and gloves and a red cape. Nevermind the copious amounts of makeup splashed all over him. "So what reason do you have to awaken me? Did whatever harebrained text you read imply I'm a genie?" His arms crossed together. He did have a strange physical anomaly. On top of gray skin, one ear was pointed like that of a Hylian's, and the other rounded, like that of a Beorc's. "Oh, so you're the one that released me. One of those desert nomads that Master Fomortiis always puts on a pedestal." He rolled his eyes before he looked over to the desert witch. "Ugh, such terrible taste." And he clearly was not happy with her sense of fashion. His eyes trailed over to the girl that accompanied the witch, and his eyes narrowed as he seemed to gaze right through here. "... Oohhh~ I see~" He apparently knew something. Holding out his right hand, a curved sword, black as night, appearing in his outstretched hand. Holding it in a fencing position, he pointed the tip towards Eden. "Right well, little Gerudo, be a dear and hold that girl there, would you? I require a sacrifice." He let out a small laugh as a long tongue licked his white lips. "Or at least some of her blood, either works I suppose."[/ul][/div][/blockquote] G H I R A H I M
[/tbody]
[/div]

| They were in the right spot! Awesome! Eden nibbled happily on her cookie, letting the drone of spell chanting fade into the back of her mind until the room grew dark. Slowly, she stopped, and looked around to see what was happening.
A voice startled her into dropping the sugary snack. The stranger, ostentatious and terrifying in every way, announced himself as “Demon Lord Ghirahim”. She was amazed, and afraid that Mordra would be in danger. The Gerudo woman was strong, but this Demon Lord looked like he was on a whole other level.
In her head, she began formulating a plan. She’d run up to it and kick it, or stab it with her knife while Mordra got ready to throw a spell and then get Eden out of there. She felt a little dizzy at the thought of running right at the demon, but she couldn’t see any other option. She didn’t want Mordra to be hurt!
Eden looked to see what weapons he had to evaluate how deadly he was. What she saw was a sword – black, wicked, and pointing straight at her. He wanted her blood.
Oh. Ohh. Oh no.
Eden yelped in fear and jumped back, startled. In the process, she tripped over a rock, and as she did, a bright beam of white, truly blinding light shot from her hands – outstretched for balance – and took a course towards Demon Lord Ghirahim – literally at the speed of light. Eden was a little shocked, but she recovered quickly and took cover far behind Mordra, behind a crumbling ruin. Hopefully Mordra could do something.
What was that light just now? she thought. She’d always been able to manipulate light a little bit, and had been able on occasion to stun creatures with little flashes of light, but nothing like the blinding sun that she’d seen moments ago. It was a mystery to be solved, but at the moment, she was in survival mode. Whatever he needed her blood for, it couldn’t be good.

my heart is cold, you can't leave It worked! The spell actually worked! "Blinnish is as a second language to me." Mordra explained for seemingly no one. Then he appeared. Demon Lord Ghirahim? As in the one from legend? "A genie? I am not so naive to assume you would grant my wishes." At least not without a fight. She thought to herself.
"To enlighten you, I am not just some desert nomad your master enjoyed. I am Mordra Dragmire Archwitch of the Gerudo people and the most powerful Sorceress in all of Hyrule!" Mordra drew her attention to the sword being pointed at her, or pointed at Eden who was hiding behind her. The curiosity of why this demon would the Hylian's blood was great. Mordra reached to grasp the girl's hand but Eden had already started to flee. What surprised Mordra most about this girl is that she launched a complex magic spell without much effort or even meaning to.
"What do you need her blood for demon?" Mordra inquired. "Is it because she is Hylian or because of that spell she cast?"

?" Though in fairness, he probably would have let it go if the Hylian girl hadn't just immediately shot him. Storming towards Mordra, and then past her surprisingly enough, he took a look over where Eden was hiding, getting her in his line of sight. Oh, she wanted a magic fight? She would most certainly get her wish! Raising his left hand, Ghirahim simply snapped his fingers, a spell of dark power rushing from his sword towards the girl. | Wow, ok, so that worked like, really well. Eden made a mental note to herself about that light flash. Pretty handy.
However, the Demon Lord's attention was now completely affixed on her, bypassing Mordra completely. There was a sort of sad, ironic humor to it, that the most powerful sorceress in the land wasn’t even a relevant threat in the eyes of Ghirahim, but rather Eden, former street rat turned shop owner. She was a little hurt, however, that Mordra had chosen to question the Demon Lord rather than cast any spell of any kind. Help me! she silently pleaded, too scared for words. She’d never fought anything before, no serious monsters. The whole ordeal was awful.
Staring into the eyes of a physical manifestation of evil, Eden screamed and tried throwing light out again, she had no idea if it worked this time or not, before being enveloped in complete darkness. It was suffocating, she couldn’t breathe. The only thing she could focus on as her mind drifted in the blackness was her burning lungs. Her own scream sounded far away, and eventually faded out, as Eden’s entire body collapsed – both her body and her mind overcome with darkness.

my heart is cold, you can't leave Mordra stood shocked as the demon continued to ignore her in favor of the Hylian. "Demon Lord Ghirahim." She emphasized. "What is so special about this girl that you need her blood!" This wasn't a question, Mordra was demanding an answer from the demon in the gaudy outfit.
Mordra watched as Ghirahim knocked Eden out with dark magic. That was too far. "I do not know why you need her blood so but until I get my answers you shall not have it!" Mordra steeled herself for what she was about to do next.
From the recesses of her mind she called forth the words. The language was one not even she knew but the effect was profound. A large whirlwind swirled into motion. The witch had called it as a distraction but she also hoped it would hurt Ghirahim even if slightly. Quickly Mordra made her way to the unconsious girl and picked her up. For the first time she realized how light Eden actually was. Though the girl didn't look it she was clearly underfed.
With Eden in her arms Mordra ran as fast as she could away from the ruins. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS Mordra cast Aero in the attempt to distract Ghirahim and possibly damage him for .

- Energy is gathered at the tip of a blade and sent out at a target like a shock wave. MP: Damage: + Base weapon damage. Rapier- One of Ghirahim's many weapons. A pure black blade with an extremely sharp curved edge. It protects its wearer by way of a handguard, and has a ruby beset in its hilt. Level: 3 Damage: After that, he wasted no time, vanishing in a flash of diamonds, only to reappear in front of Mordra, and with a wave of his sword, fashion a magic barrier in front of her, separating the two parties from each other for the moment. One look on Ghirahim's face said all that was necessary; he was furious. Far more furious than when Eden had attacked him. Why had such an attack made him even more angry than one that genuinely harmed him? "You positively ruined my cape." He snarled darkly at Mordra, apparently being the reason he wanted her head. Holding up his left hand, dark energy began to form... ... Only for Ghirahim to call it off and dismiss his rapier. "... But you're free to go."Needless to say, that was odd. Very odd. It was pretty clear that he could probably kill both of them if he really wanted to, so why was he letting them go? "Regardless of whether I take the girl here or later, her blood will break Master Fomortiis's seal and he will be free to take what is rightfully his." Inspecting his gloves, he continued. "The god you knew as Demise will awaken one way or another."But a twisted grin appeared on his features. Oh yes, he had taken to the idea that Mordra was quite the prideful creature. He would break her pride, he would ruin her reputation. Stabbing her, torturing her, those would hurt her, but this would break her. "And as I unite the Blins, I will gladly give credit where it's due, the world shall know that Mordra Dragmire, Archwitch will have brought about my, and my Master's return."That being said, he was still going to kill her once the time was right. "And when my Master has crushed the lands of this world, I will take a flensing knife to your flesh, and fashion myself a new cape.""So until then, desert rat, enjoy what time you have left. For you have brought about the end of an era." Ghirahim gave a final warning before letting out a laugh, and vanishing in a flock of diamonds, the magic barrier dissolving as well. It seemed they were free to go. [/ul][/div][/blockquote] G H I R A H I M
[/tbody]
[/div]

my heart is cold, you can't leave Mordra had her back turned towards Ghirahim as she ran. The attack struck without warning and Mordra tumbled forward nearly dropping her unconscious charge. Mordra looked up at her advesary as he taunted her. His words tore into her heart. She had done this. "I might have freed you but I will fight your blin army until you are destroyed."
Gritting her teeth Mordra forced herself back to her legs. "You will regret letting me escape demon!" The witch spat the last word out. With great effort and force of will Mordra started running again. Her mind was already set to personally kill this man. "No matter where you hide I will find you and I will kill you!" Mordra shouted back at Ghirahim. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS
