LAGUZ (beast) TWENTY FEMALE EARTH October 15th | DEMISEXUAL to the royal laguz fox laguz unemployed neutral good |
details
- Personality:
Due to Ayah's history she grew up to be a "child-like," she's incredibly innocent, shy and naive. Yet, she tries very hard to be an adult. When Ayah does this she often succeeds but on the rare occasion instead comes off as a snob. Ayah is a quite selfish due to her childish behaviours, if she can justify why she should have it, then she better damn well have it. She experiences the greatest joy when in the presence of others, she cannot stand to be alone.. it upsets her greatly. She internalizes any negative feelings she feels when left alone, however Ayah’s greatest desire as a result is to find love. She has never been in a relationship with anyone, never developed feelings for anyone other than those she deems to be her family.
Aside from being an extrovert, innocent, shy and naïve, Ayah is incredibly nervous. When meeting new people she is often shy, and if trying to be an “adult,” a little steely but afterwards they had best be prepared to be bombarded with questions! “What’s your favorite color?” “Why are you named –?” “What do you think about the current state of the world?” etc, etc. Her curiosity stems from the fact that Ayah thinks of her life as a mystery, she doesn’t know her parents, or any of her family. She doesn’t know why she is where she is, it’s fascinating! Ayah is rarely mad, she does get annoyed easily, but not mad. However, when mad Ayah tends to explode, get everything out there and five minutes later be over it. Some people find this baffling. Overally Ayah has a pretty simple personality, but feels compex emotions such as neglect. She has her head in the clouds, having aspirations she deems unrealistic, but thinking about them gives her a false sense of happiness when alone. - Appearance:
Ayah stands at roughly five feet and six inches; she weighs a healthy weight for her height and has a considerable amount of muscle. Her chest is small, and nothing to look at. She has some strong features, a narrow and pointed chin and some soft features, large round eyes, and a small nose. Her eyes are the red the dark red of wine, and her smile is something to marvel when she laughs. Ayah is a fox laguz, this resulted in all the hair on her body mimicking the color of a red fox, a red / orange with brown undertones. Her head is adorned with large fluffy ears that are tipped white; however Ayah can often be seen wearing a hat to cover these in public. Her silhouette is only made shapely by her butt, which still isn’t much to look at. She has a very long and fluffy tail that children seem to enjoy playing with; when she sleeps she cuddles with it to keep warm. It is also tipped white, and when in public Ayah wears dresses to conceal it. - Secrets

history
- Homeland: Gallia
- History:
Ayah’s beginnings are hazy, she was born into the world by a couple that loved each other very much (a story she tells herself.) However, before her brain was able to form memories Ayah was left with the Royal Beast, no one said why. Ayah was never allowed to ask questions about it. Growing up in the household of the Royal Beast, in royalty was interesting. Ayah was raised by the various wet nurses, as the Royal Beast was always busy. As she aged, Ayah began to associate the love and affection from the wet nurses as a projection of the Royal Beast’s love for her. She became very attached, but never really told anyone.
When Ayah was ten, she was playing with some other kids and they got into a squabble, Ayah wanted another toy someone else had. She took it by force, ripping it from their hands and yelling at them, “mine!” Shortly an adult came along and scolded Ayah, consoling the other child. This was just the beginning of something more. As Ayah grew older she noticed more and more that she got less attention than those with a direct relation to the Royal Laguz family, she felt isolated in a way. However, she could ignore those feelings easily by surrounding herself with others. Ayah always spent her time with children, while she was older the other adults treated her like a child. She never really “grew up.”
Sometimes Ayah would secretly watch the Royal Beast, they were her idol, by doing this she learned some adult mannerisms. How to hold herself; present herself, how to fake it essentially, but never really growing out of her childhood, never really experiencing anything that would teach her life skills. She was sheltered because she was looked down upon. But was she really looked down upon? Ayah could never figure it out. In the last three years of her life Ayah became more interested in learning about fighting, war, politics, etc. She wanted to know everything she could and this eventually lead to a desire to learn how to fight, but she was shy and nervous and never really practiced, or even knew where to start. So instead, she ignored those urges and continued spending her days playing with children, reading books, and spying on adults. - Family/Relatives
